Booking terms

• our prices include: water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, use of the pools in summer, free WIFI
• there is no daily cleaning, but the price includes final cleaning
• tourist tax is charged at an extra cost of EUR 1,5 per day per adult during each period
• 6.22-8.27 apartments and rooms are rented for 4 nights
• Parking is possible in a big parking lot right next to the house, it costs: 7,5 EUR/night/car – the parking place does not take responsibility for damages, but it is overwatched with a camera system
• air conditioning: EUR 7,5 / night / room
• Pets are allowed, until 15 kg: 6 EUR/night/pet, from 15 kg: 9 EUR/night/pet
• arrival from 2 pm until 10 pm, departure till 10 am. In case of overnight arrivals, we will hold a colleague for a surcharge of EUR 33,3, thank you for your understanding – by arrangement eg long term booking min. 6 nights, etc., that can be ignored
• You can book with 50% deposit (by bank transfer) / change, cancellation up to 20 days prior to arrival date, after that: the deposit will NOT be refunded for ANY reason – please note this and when booking the apartments / rooms make sure you can accept this and please do not be surprised or offended if you do not get your money back in the event of a 20 day cancellation – if we receive such a request we will send you a template email to reply – we are people we could understand a lot but we have to draw the line somewhere. Thank you for your understanding!
•  you have 4 work days to transfer the money, after which the reservation will be canceled without any notice.
• on arrival, look for a colleague in the Pater Restaurant on the other side of the house or call +3630/4760210, if we can’t pick up the phone right away, we’ll call you back – we are probably letting another guest in, please be patient
• upon arrival, all our guests must sign our policy and a check-in form and personal documents may be required
• rooms must be paid on arrival in all cases
• smoking inside the building is strictly forbidden!
• Groups over 10 also require a security deposit upon arrival – EUR 30 each – which upon departure will be refunded if no damage is done.
