Payment Conditions

Deposit 50% of the total accommodation cost Payment deadline: 4 business days from the date of the offer. If the deposit is not received in time, the accommodation will be relisted.
Remaining balance Payable on arrival, on-site
Tourist tax HUF 750 / person / night Not included in the price; payable upon arrival.
Group booking (10+ guests): A damage deposit of HUF 10,000 per person is required, refunded upon departure if the accommodation is left in good condition.

Cancellations and modification requests are accepted in writing (by email) only. The cancellation date is the date the email is received. We will try to accommodate date changes wherever possible – please notify us as soon as possible!

House Rules

Quiet hours 22:00 – 08:00 During these hours, please refrain from loud music and noise so as not to disturb our neighbours.
Smoking Permitted only on designated terraces. Strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.
Cleaning No daily housekeeping. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Events Parties and loud events are strictly prohibited. The accommodation is for residential purposes only.
Pets Allowed upon prior arrangement and fee payment. Please inform us in advance! Fee: HUF 3,500 – 4,500 / night (depending on size and breed)
Parking Free, secure parking available in the courtyard of the guesthouse. Covered, within a closed courtyard.
Pool The garden pool may be used freely during the day; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Damages Guests are financially liable for any damage caused in the rooms.
Upon departure Please lock all doors and windows and dispose of waste in the designated area.
